One North is looking to add a Senior UX Strategist to our open, inclusive, and collaborative team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines helping our clients plan, create, and deliver digital experiences.
Ideally, you have strong and demonstrated UX chops (research, design, and prototyping), collaboration, and consulting skills. As part of our multidisciplinary strategy team, you’ll be at the center of projects and connected all the way through from concept to execution.

- Design solutions that balance user frictions and needs with our client’s business goals, market viability, and technical feasibility.
- Present your work to clients and internal stakeholders, communicate complex ideas visually and verbally, use storytelling, seek feedback, and facilitate collaboration.
- Foster strong client relationships on UX Strategy projects by leading client workshops, facilitating working sessions, and adjusting your approach when necessary to help you accomplish your goals and outputs.

- Drive collaboration for yourself and others by engaging with multi-disciplinary internal teams, clients, end users, and third parties/consultants.
- Pay close attention to interpersonal relationships and their effect on the working environment and project quality.
- Stay on top of UX and industry trends to drive your career development and share your learnings with other UX Strategists during UX team time or through thought leadership.
